Theresa Romanosky is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law, sustainability, and climate change. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Association of American Railroads since February 2020, Theresa previously held multiple roles at Vinson & Elkins, including Senior Associate and Associate, contributing to various legal projects from October 2012 to February 2020. Theresa's legal journey began with internships and volunteer work, including a judicial internship at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and volunteer efforts with the Family Law Project, assisting domestic violence survivors. With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, Theresa also has a history in consulting and teaching, demonstrating a diverse skill set applicable to both legal and environmental sectors.
