Darryl Heslop

Darryl Heslop, Esq., MBA, serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Bridge33 Capital since July 2024. Previously, Darryl held various senior legal positions at Brixmor Property Group from May 2015 to July 2024, including Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Transactions Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at Rouse Properties and positions within Alston & Bird LLP, where Darryl specialized in Real Estate Finance, as well as a brief tenure as an attorney at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP. Darryl earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a B.A. in English from Brown University.
