Randall Delling

Past President at Association of California School Administrators

Randall Delling has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randall started their career at Southern California Gas Company in 1971 as a Distribution Crewman. In 1973, they founded and served as the President and CEO of RV Home Builders until 1986. Following that, they joined Los Angeles Unified School District and held various roles, including being a teacher at different schools, an assistant principal at Poly High, and ultimately the Principal of North Hollywood High School. Randall worked at the district from 1986 to 2015. In 2015, they joined the Association of California School Administrators and became the Past President. Currently, they are an Attorney at The Law Office of Randall Delling, which they started in 2017.

Randall Delling began their education journey in 1981 when they enrolled at California State University, Northridge. Randall pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and completed their studies in 1989. After a gap in their education, Randall attended California Lutheran University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, Randall attended Concord Law School at Purdue University Global and achieved a Doctor of Law (JD) degree specializing in Law.
