Alex Carlson

Alex Carlson is an experienced Information Technology professional with a comprehensive background in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as Information Technology Analyst II at the Association of California Water Agencies since March 2013. Alex has progressively held roles including IT Coordinator and Technology Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in desktop and network troubleshooting, deployment of technology solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration. Alex possesses a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Information Technology - Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute. Prior to a career in IT, Alex gained experience in customer service as a waitress at Koto Sushi.
