Jane Odhiambo

Jane Odhiambo possesses extensive experience in Human Resources management, currently serving at the Association of California Water Agencies as a Human Resources Management professional since June 2022, responsible for ensuring the functionality of HR programs. Prior to this role, Jane worked as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Fresno from September 2019 to June 2022, and held various short-term assignments as an HR Consultant at ManpowerGroup from September 2018 to August 2019. Jane's foundational HR experience includes a significant tenure at Safaricom PLC from November 2008 to March 2017, where roles included Senior Talent Performance and Capability Development, Senior OE & Change, and OD Projects and Change Officer. Educationally, Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the College of Human Resource Management, complemented by a high school diploma from St Mary's Lwak Girls High School.
