Sarah Palmer

Water Quality Committee at Association of California Water Agencies

Sarah Palmer has extensive experience in water resource management and governance, currently serving as a member of the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley since February 2021. In addition, Sarah holds positions as Director at both the Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Joint Powers Authority and the Livermore Valley Water Financing Authority, as well as serving on the Board of Zone 7 Water Agency since July 2006. Sarah is involved with the Association of California Water Agencies, participating in the Water Quality and Agriculture Committees, along with a sub-committee focused on PFAS/PFOA. Sarah's academic background includes a PhD in Cell Physiology and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Political Science from New York University.
