Nicole Tapay

Nicole Tapay serves as the Director of Cancer Care Delivery and Health Policy at the Association of Cancer Care Centers, leading federal policy and advocacy efforts to enhance access to cancer care since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole founded Tapay Strategies, LLC, providing consulting on healthcare access and reform from 2020 to June 2023. Previous experiences include serving as Principal at Avalere Health, Vice President at Eli Lilly and Company, Senior Director of Policy at the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship, and as a Senior Health Policy Advisor for Senator Ron Wyden. Nicole’s background also includes roles at Medco Health Solutions, Georgetown University, The World Bank, and Novartis, with a strong focus on health care policy, delivery systems, and international health financing. Educational credentials include an AB in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
