Emma Kerr

Emma Kerr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management, qualifications production, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Content & Publications at ACCA since May 2011, Emma oversees the development and management of content for members and partners, while leading multi-disciplinary publishing teams. Previous roles include Head of Qualifications Production at ACCA, where responsibility included managing the production of global examinations with a focus on timeliness and accuracy. Prior to ACCA, Emma held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at ICS, managing quality assurance processes for distance learning. Emma's career also includes experience as a Learning Academy & Training Manager at Goldfish and as a Customer Services Advisor at Barclays Stockbrokers. Emma holds a BA in Applied Social Sciences, specializing in Sociology and Policy, from the University of the West of Scotland.
