Jen Hope

Jen Hope has extensive experience in the field of education and member services, currently serving as the AoC Area Director for the East & West Midlands and previously as Member Services Manager at the Association of Colleges since January 2019. Prior professional roles include Membership Engagement Manager, Development Manager, and Policy & Development Advisor at the National Union of Students (UK) from November 2009 to December 2018, as well as Student Liaison Officer and Community Tutor at Castle College Nottingham from November 2003 to November 2009. Jen Hope has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic Counselling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Nottingham, alongside various qualifications in leadership, mental health, and further education training.
