Sarah Nickless

Sarah Nickless currently serves as the Partnerships and Programmes Development Officer at the Association of Colleges, focusing on student leadership in sport and enhancing physical activity within the Further Education sector. Previous roles include Development Officer for Women's Football and Leadership & Workforce at the Association of Colleges and Project Officer for Youth Leadership at The Football Association, where Sarah worked on initiatives to engage and empower young leaders in football. As Chairperson of The FA Youth Council, Sarah led a national council to provide a voice for young individuals in the sport. Sarah's career also includes serving as a Football Development Officer for Somerset FA, implementing strategies to support grassroots football. Sarah holds a BA Honours degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Central Lancashire and an Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Excellence from Telford College.
