Ken Bates serves as President & CEO of Open Sky Community Services since July 2018 and has held the same title at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts since March 2015. With a strong background in human services, Ken focuses on community partnerships and evidence-based practices to support individuals and families. In addition to executive roles, Ken contributes to various organizations, including the Association for Behavioral Healthcare and the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers as a board member. Ken holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University and a B.A. in Urban Studies and Psychology from Worcester State University, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in behavioral health and community services.
