Stephanie Costa

Stephanie Costa currently serves as President & CEO of the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Stephanie held similar leadership roles as President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer at New England Village, Inc. from January 2019 to June 2025. Stephanie's extensive experience in healthcare and community service includes various senior positions at ForHealth Consulting at UMass Chan Medical School and Newport Mental Health, where responsibilities ranged from data governance to quality improvement. Additional roles include Community Health Specialist at Health Imperatives and case management positions at Coastline Elderly Services, Inc. and The Women's Center. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
