Larry L. Robertson SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CAE has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Larry L. Robertson is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at AGB (Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges). Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Culture and Talent Development at AGB.

Before joining AGB, Larry held various senior leadership positions at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), including Senior Vice President, HR & Belonging and Vice President, Human Resources and Technology Services and Solutions. Larry L. Robertson also served as the Director of Human Resources at the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Larry has a strong background in talent management and has previously served as the Senior Director of Human Capital at both the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and the Society of Actuaries. Larry L. Robertson has also held leadership positions at ROTARY INTERNATIONAL and the Association Forum of Chicagoland.

In addition to their professional experience, Larry has served on the Board of Directors for the Association Forum of Chicagoland and has been an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Chicago. Larry L. Robertson is a highly skilled HR leader with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Larry L. Robertson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CAE has a diverse education history. Larry L. Robertson attended Leo High School from 1979 to 1983, earning their high school diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, graduating in 1988. Later, Larry completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Development from National Louis University from 1992 to 1995. Currently, they are studying at Wilmington University for their Doctor of Education in Organizational Learning, Leadership & Innovation, expected to be completed in 2023.
