Travis Perkins

Travis Perkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in 1993 at Whirlpool Corporation, where they held various positions and took on roles such as Senior Global Product Manager, Senior Category Manager, and Brand Manager. They also served as the Principal Engineer - Regulated Performance Technical Lead and supported the coordination of efforts and initiatives across categories and regions.

In 2013, Travis Perkins founded their own company called Perkins Properties, where they served as the Owner and General Manager. The company focused on general contracting, property investment, and real estate, including purchasing and rehabilitating distressed properties and providing remodeling services.

Travis Perkins then joined ProTec Panel and Truss in 2018 as a Partner. Currently, they are working at the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) as a Principal Engineer, a role they started in 2023.

Throughout their career, Travis Perkins has shown expertise in project management, product development, design, marketing, and cross-functional team coordination.

Travis Perkins' education history includes completing an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Southeastern Illinois College, from 1988 to 1990. Following this, Perkins pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1990 to 1992.
