Cathy Lovell

Cathy Lovell is an experienced leader in school operations and governance, currently serving as Associate Chief Executive at The Association of Independent Schools of NSW since September 2011. In this role, Cathy oversees compliance, change, and client services, and previously held positions such as Head of School Services and Division Head of Workplace Management. Additionally, Cathy is a Non-Executive Director at Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre since January 2023. An accomplished academic, Cathy holds an MBA in Change and Social Impact from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master's in Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney. Cathy also earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Change from the University of New England and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
