Ken Rice

Ken Rice is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Services at Loomis US since November 2022, Ken manages and mentors internal staff attorneys while acting as the primary contact for external counsel on legal matters. Ken has been a member of the Membership Committee for the Association of International Energy Negotiators since January 2016. Prior roles include Business Development Manager for ExxonMobil, International Negotiator and Business Advisor at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and various positions in land and legal services. Ken also has a background in academia as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law Houston and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the same institution, as well as a B.S. in Political Science/Economics from the University of Houston.
