Reginald Fils

Reginald Fils is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and consultancy. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston and as a member of the Membership Committee at Soho House & Co, Reginald has previously held senior positions at Procter & Gamble, including Senior Brand Manager for Braun and Olay, where significant sales growth and impactful partnerships were achieved. As the founder of Urban Inspired Company, a consultancy focused on brand strategy and social impact, Reginald has led initiatives that engaged and benefited over 300 young individuals. Educational background includes a marketing degree from Bentley University and participation in the MIT Launch Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
