Kate Taft

Kate Taft is a seasoned professional in child and adolescent health with significant experience at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs since 2011, currently serving as Associate Director of Child & Adolescent Health. In this role, Kate is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs addressing the health needs of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). Previous positions include Senior Program Manager focused on early childhood development and disabilities, and Program Manager overseeing key child health initiatives. Prior to this, Kate contributed as Program Coordinator at the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health and coordinated the Child Fatality Review Team at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Maternal and Child Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from William & Mary.
