Bill Tucker serves as the Group Executive Vice President of Data Tech Measurement and President of both Aquila and Engage Responsibly at the Association of National Advertisers since February 2017. Previously, Bill was the Executive Vice President at the 4A's, focusing on media agency leadership and industry measurement practices from January 2014 to February 2017. Bill's experience includes prominent roles such as President of Global Client Services at Publicis Starcom Media Vest Group and CEO at MediaVest Worldwide Inc., with a proven track record of driving growth and securing multiple industry awards. Bill has also held key positions at Publicis MediaVest Worldwide Inc. and NW Ayer & Partners Advertising, and served as an adjunct professor at NYU Stern School of Business. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
