Stephanie Fierman

Stephanie Fierman is the Senior Vice President at Association of National Advertisers. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in financial accounting and management.

Stephanie started their career at EdisonLearning as the SVP & Controller. Stephanie was responsible for managing all financial accounting of the company, including grants, and supervising 45 people. Stephanie led the re-design and re-implementation of Lawson Financial System, including integration of an imaging and workflow system for accounts payable. This allowed access via the internet to over 100 users of the financial/reporting system across the USA. Stephanie also implemented ADP-GL interface as part of HR outsourcing efforts. This automated manual recording of 26 different payrolls and eliminated 1.5 FTE.

In 2009, Stephanie became the Controller at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. As the Controller, they led the accounting department of 25 people and was responsible for managing general accounting, revenue and receivable accounting, disbursement accounting, investment accounting, donor reporting, financial system improvement, financial reporting, taxes, PCI compliance, Audit Committee content and meeting documents, and the relationship with internal and external auditors.

Stephanie is a founding member of Retirement Plan Oversight Committee. Her responsibilities include selection and monitoring of third party plan administrator and recordkeeper, plan changes, ERISA compliance and participant investment choices.

Stephanie Fierman has a MBA in Accounting from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and a BS in Chemistry from Tulane University.

Their manager is Bob Liodice, CEO. They work with Gregory Wright - Vice President, Robert Rothe - Group Executive Vice President, CIO Information Technology, MTDC, and Office Admin, and Jessica Dima - Vice President.
