Molly Dubuque

Molly Dubuque currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts since July 2025. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Director of Family Engagement at UNIFI Autism Care for a brief period in early 2025. From October 2019 to April 2025, Molly was the Vice President of Clinical Standards and Outcomes at LittleStar ABA Therapy, overseeing clinical staff training, performance management, and operational procedures. Molly also worked as a Clinical Director, ensuring effective clinical team operations and patient progress. Earlier experience includes a Behavior Analyst role at the University of Louisville from January 2016 to September 2019, where assessments and consultations were conducted, and curriculum was developed for young children with autism. Molly's academic background includes two Master’s degrees in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed between 1999 and 2008.
