Miggy Zaballero is a seasoned Senior Consultant and Partner at Management Strategies, responsible for overseeing the strategy of product and service development, executing growth plans, and engaging stakeholders to ensure quality offerings. With experience as a Business Unit Head at Team Journeys Philippines and a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute for Action Learning, Miggy has a strong background in team engagement, competency building, and program design. Additional roles include consultancy work in educational transformation at STG and founding positions at The Ultimate Learning Accelerator and Frontline Social Business Development Inc., focusing on training and development initiatives.
