Margaret Mulholland is a seasoned educator and specialist in SEN and inclusion, currently serving as a SEN and Inclusion Specialist at the Association of School and College Leaders since 2015 and as an Honorary Norham Fellow at the University of Oxford since November 2019. Margaret has also been a member of the Executive Committee for the Universities Council for the Education of Teachers since 2014. Previously, from 2012 to 2019, Margaret was the Director of Development & Research at Swiss Cottage Special School, where initiatives included establishing a Teaching School Alliance and a Development and Research Centre. Margaret's extensive experience in teacher education came from a 14-year tenure at the Institute of Education, University of London, taking on various leadership roles in initial teacher training, coaching, and mentoring. Margaret began a teaching career as Head of History at St Thomas More Catholic School and Head of Politics at Didcot Girls' School. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from The University of Salford and a PGCE from the University of Oxford.
