Alicia Seegers Martinelli

Alicia Seegers Martinelli has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Deputy CEO/COO and Interim CEO at the Association of Washington Cities since January 2015. Prior roles include Chief Administrative Officer at the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board and several managerial positions at the Association of Washington Cities, beginning as Municipal Leadership Programs Manager. Alicia also worked as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher with WorldTeach and held development roles at United Way of Thurston County and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Academically, Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College, a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
