Cindy Waddell

Cindy Waddell is a Program Specialist at the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) since December 2018, where Cindy leads the Fetal Heart Monitoring Program, serving as the main point of contact for clients to ensure a high-quality user experience. Previously, Cindy held the role of Benefits Assistant at Chemonics International for a temp position from May 2017 to March 2018, providing administrative support to the compensation and benefits team. From August 2002 to April 2017, Cindy worked at AWHONN as an Administrative Coordinator, overseeing customer service for Fetal Heart Monitoring instructors and managing various service delivery projects. Early in their career, Cindy was employed as a Teacher Assistant at the YMCA from 1999 to 2001, focusing on child care and family communication. Cindy Waddell completed education at TESST College of Technology-Beltsville from 2001 to 2002.
