Rashmi Kolar

Rashmi Kolar is a Program Management Specialist at Salesforce since October 2025, previously serving as a People Compliance Officer at Titan Company Limited from June 2023 to October 2025, where significant achievements included the rollout of a Compliance Management System and the implementation of an Off-roll Associate Management System. Rashmi also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Royal Enfield in June 2022, focusing on new employee orientation and outsourcing learning initiatives. Rashmi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore (March 2021 - October 2023) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (July 2016 - May 2020).
