Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Association Reserves is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development and execution of Reserve Studies. This includes anticipating and preparing for major common area repair and replacement expenses, ensuring funds are properly allocated and managed to maintain these areas. The team works closely with Boards and Management to ensure that reserve contributions are sufficient to offset irregular expenses, thereby minimizing the need for special assessments.
