Sebastiano Spina has extensive experience in athletics and sports management, currently serving as Segretario regionale and Vice Presidente for the Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera - Comitato Regionale Piemonte since January 2021. Spina has been with CUS Torino since September 2003, holding roles as Direttore tecnico and specialista in Mezzofondo e Marcia athletics coaching. In addition to athletic roles, Spina has been Capo redattore for RunningSportNews.it - AgroAlimentareNews.it since January 2014 and has contributed as Progettista, coordinatore, and formatore for ASSOCIAZIONE CNOS FAP REGIONE PIEMONTE since September 2010. Previous leadership positions include President, Vice Presidente Vicario, and Consigliere at Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera - Comitato Provinciale Torino from January 2009 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include certifications from ONAV (2017-2020), AIS (2015-2020), and the Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera (2013-2020).
