Adriana Valentini

Adriana Valentini is an accomplished wine professional with extensive experience in various roles within the beverage and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Wine Manager at Triple Sea Food since June 2024, Adriana also judges for London Competitions and has been a sommelier with Associazione Italiana Sommelier since October 2010. Previous roles include Wine Consultant & Buyer at Aethos Hotels and Head of Beverage at Oxford and Cambridge Club, where Adriana also held the title of Head Sommelier and Duty Manager. Experience at prestigious establishments such as Caprice Holdings Ltd., L'oscar London, and Corinthia Hotel London further highlights Adriana's expertise. Education includes certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and Academy of Cheese ONAF, among others.
