Fabio Bonaccio

Fabio Bonaccio is an experienced professional currently serving as Store Manager at Podere Del Vescovo since October 2017, where responsibilities include customer management, acquiring new clients, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards. In addition, Fabio has been a Sommelier with Associazione Italiana Sommelier since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Fabio worked as a Programmer and Industrial Automation Technician at Gruppo Sigla from December 2008 to October 2017, focusing on supervision and control systems, software and hardware configuration, and installation oversight.
