Igor Masella is a skilled Distiller at Ginificio Microdistillery, where the focus is on creating distinctive Italian-style gin, amari, and liquors, building on extensive research and development since the project's inception in 2021. In addition to distillation, Igor serves as Maestro del Caffè at Accademia Italiana Maestri del Caffè and contributes as an Examiner for the Latte Art Grading System, while also holding the title of Professional Sommelier with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier. Previously, Igor founded Gin L'!GA and possesses certifications in barista skills, brewing, and sensory analysis from the Specialty Coffee Association, as well as credentials from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
