Ilaria di Nunzio

Ilaria Di Nunzio is an experienced restaurant manager and wine specialist, currently serving as the Gestore di ristorante at Ristorante Velico since June 2017. Ilaria has been active with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since May 2015 as a Degustatore and as a Relatore per corsi di qualifica professionale. Previously, Ilaria was the Referente Guida Regionale for Emilia Romagna da Bere e Da Mangiare from January 2018 to September 2023 and worked as a Commis di sala at Uliassi for a short time in 2016. Ilaria's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Scienze della comunicazione e dell'informazione from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with degrees in Comunicazione e Marketing del Vino from ALMA and Second Level Wine&Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
