Manuela De Francesco is an accomplished sommelier with extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as a professional sommelier at Il Gabbiano since April 2017 and as a sommelier at Associazione Italiana Sommelier since October 2015. Previous roles include teaching chemistry at IIS Enzo Ferrari and ITI Marconi, as well as various sommelier positions at Sancta Sanctorum, Il Napo Restaurant, and Eccellenze Campane.
