Paola Restelli

Paola Restelli is an experienced wine professional and educator, currently serving as a Wine Immersive Ambassador at Wine Immersion since May 2022. Paola has held multiple roles in the wine industry, including Sommelier and Official Taster with Associazione Italiana Sommelier since September 2017, and as a professional sommelier with Le Donne del Vino Fvg since July 2021. Paola was a Project Manager at Cantine Due Palme from June 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the ideation and market launch of the Cuntamé project. Prior experience features roles as a Wine Ambassador for various companies, including Linciano Vini and Feudi di Guagnano srl, and earlier work in film and media. Paola's educational background includes certifications in Wine Business and Wine & Spirit Education Trust, along with degrees in arts and production from notable institutions such as the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera and Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti.
