Valentina Caputo has extensive experience in food technology and hospitality, currently serving as an External Collaborator at FRESYSTEM SpA since January 2015, focusing on R&D for a new range of filled muffins and desserts. Simultaneously, Valentina has held the role of Sommelier at the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since May 2017 and has been the Proprietor of Terreamare Agriturismo since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing accommodation and dining services, overseeing social media, supervising restaurant staff, and vendor selection. Previous roles include Food Technologist at Ferrero and various R&D positions at FRESYSTEM SpA, MUTTI SPA, and Nestlé S.A., specializing in food product development. Valentina holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, is a certified sommelier from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, and has expertise in virgin and extra virgin olive oils from the Camera di Commercio Lecce.
