Alvina Gervy has extensive work experience, beginning with Grand Frais in 2009 as an Administrative & Financial Officer Trainee. In 2010, they worked as a Project Entrepreneurship Officer Trainee at BDO France and as a Junior Portfolio Manager at Eurex. From 2013-2015, they worked at ORFIS BAKER TILLY as a Portfolio Manager, and at Mantu as a Head of Treasury Ops, Financial Product Owner, and Sales Administration & Accounting Platform Manager. In 2018, they joined AssoConnect as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where they worked closely with Tech Squads on core payment, accounting & finance features, backops & data, and user interface. Finally, in 2020, they worked as an Illustrator at Les Serial Snackeuses and is currently a Senior Product Manager at Springly.
Alvina Gervy has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they completed the Cambridge level test (CELT) in English from Lingoda - Cambridge English Language Assessment, a transformation programm from RISE coaching by Chloe Bloom, and an initiation programm in Lean management from Learning to scale by Regis Medina. Prior to this, they completed a Cambridge level test (CELT) from EF English Live in 2014 and a degree in Economy, law, and management with a major in Finance and accouting from Université Grenoble Alpes between 2009 and 2010.
