Yukthena Sibran

Yukthena Sibran is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as Compliance Manager at Assore Group since October 2025. Previously, Yukthena held similar roles as Compliance Manager and Company Secretary at Sandvik from February 2021 to September 2025, and as Legal Counsel at Famous Brands from May 2019 to January 2021. Yukthena also worked as Group Legal Advisor and Company Secretary at Phoenix Group of Companies from January 2017 to April 2019, and began a legal career as a Candidate Attorney at Adams & Adams from January 2015 to December 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in LLB from the University of Pretoria, along with additional qualifications in Competition Law from the University of the Witwatersrand and governance studies from the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa. Yukthena contributed to legal education as a Senior Tutor and Tutor at the University of Pretoria's Department of Private Law from January 2012 to December 2014.
