Maria Laura Tanda

Maria Laura Tanda serves as the Director of the Complex Structure of Endocrinology at ASST dei Sette Laghi since November 2020, and holds the position of Associate Professor of Endocrinology at Università dell'Insubria-AOU Ospedale di Circolo e Fondazione Macchi in Varese, where Tanda has been active since October 2014. Additionally, Tanda directs the School of Specialization in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the same institution. Prior roles include research in Endocrinology at Università degli Studi dell'Insubria from December 2002 to September 2014, and work in the Endocrinology Unit at AOU Pisa from 1992 to 2001. Educational background comprises a degree in Medicine and Surgery from Università degli Studi di Pisa and training in Endocrinology directed by Aldo Pinchera at the same university, following studies at Liceo Classico Domenico Alberto Azuni in Sassari.
