Charline Leblanc

Charline Leblanc has a diverse work experience in the field of internal audit and risk management. Charline is currently a board member at Atlantic Wellness. Previously, they held the position of Chief, Internal Audit Services at Assomption Vie, where they were responsible for overseeing internal audit functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Assomption Vie and as a Senior Audit and Risk Professional at Atlantic Lottery Corporation. In these roles, they monitored cross-functional projects, identified key risk areas, and provided project status updates to the Audit Manager. Charline began their career as an Internal Auditor at Medavie Blue Cross / Croix Bleue Medavie. Charline Leblanc holds several certifications, including CIA, CRMA, ALMI, and a B.A.A. degree.

Charline Leblanc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Moncton, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Business Management Diploma at Dieppe Community College from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2023, the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA in 2021, and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2011. Charline has also completed professional development courses in coaching and employee development, as well as discovering personal strengths, through LinkedIn in 2017.
