Scott Agnew

Scott Agnew is a seasoned professional with a robust background in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Assomption Vie since July 2021, Scott leads software development teams and ensures Agile best practices throughout the organization. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at ExxonMobil from 2018 to 2021, including Process & Continuous Improvement Advisor and Change Management Consultant, overseeing major multimillion dollar projects. Scott has extensive experience as a consultant in Agile project and process improvement since 2011 and has held managerial roles in business intelligence and analytics, advertising, and operations across multiple industries, including publishing and legal services. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology and History from the University of New Brunswick.
