Michael Kropf has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career as a Research Associate at Credit Suisse, where they focused on advising investment opportunities in the Financial Services sector. Michael then moved on to roles in Colfax Corporation and Rexnord Corporation, where they led the implementation of lean manufacturing and successfully turned around power transmission and gear manufacturing facilities.
Afterward, Kropf joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal, where they designed and implemented large-scale performance transformation programs for financial institutions. Michael also worked for PwC Consulting as a Director, Strategy, and Operations, where they restructured a private bank and supported an IT resiliency project for a global bank.
In their subsequent role as Head of Organization Development at Banque SYZ, Kropf negotiated and led the integration of RBC Suisse, doubling the size of the Private Banking division and enhancing the bank's rankings in Switzerland. Michael then joined BCGE as the Head of Organization, overseeing the bank's project portfolio, launching digital client-onboarding, and evaluating equity partnership opportunities.
Currently, Kropf serves as the Head of Development and Corporate Performance at Assura, where they are leading a cost reduction effort and developing improvements to the group strategy.

Michael Kropf obtained a B.Sc. degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1992 and 1995. Michael then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 1999 to 2001.
