Christina Dreps

Christina Dreps has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and is currently the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Assurance Agency. Christina has a wealth of knowledge in HRIS systems and is the final approver on all HRIS entries. Christina also provides guidance on the processing of complex transactions, resolving problems, and explaining HR programs and policies to employees and HR administrators. Christina is also responsible for training new employees and managers on timekeeping and self-service systems. Additionally, they oversee and maintains the organization chart software and assists with new hire orientation processes.

They work with Dan Arends - Senior Account Manager, Katrina Swiston - Business Process Specialist, and Karen Heeley - Chief Financial Officer. Christina Dreps reports to Tony Chimino, CEO.
