Luciano Damario

Luciano Damario began their work experience in 2000 as a Senior Procurement and Logistics Specialist at Techint Group. Luciano then worked at Alpargatas S.A. as a Production & Commercial Planning professional from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance where they held various roles such as Business Consultant, Product Management Director, and Latam Regional Finance Director. Luciano later became the Head of Global Services and Head Global Strategy & Business Development. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Observer at Grupo San Cristóbal. In 2021, they moved to Guidewire Software as the Regional Director of Data & Analytics for Latam and later as the Regional Director D&A + IS Cloud for Latam & USA. Currently, they are working as the SVP of Sales & CX at AssuranceAmerica.

Luciano Damario holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Luciano then pursued further education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they completed a Master's degree in Sustainable Economic Development from 2003 to 2004. In 2006, Luciano attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and earned an MBA degree in Business, concluding their studies in 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "AI: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan School of Management and "Associate in Underwriting (AU)" and "CPCU" from The Institutes, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
