Mike Jorgensen

Mike Jorgensen has a strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management and operations. Mike is currently employed at AssuranceAmerica as the Director of Home Office Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Kemper as the Vice President of Claims, where they directed over 600 First Notice of Loss adjusting units and implemented a new call center system. Before Kemper, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Claims at Infinity Insurance, where they were responsible for strategic claims strategy and workflow improvement. Mike began their career at Great American Insurance Group, starting as a Claims Adjuster trainee and eventually becoming a Claims Supervisor.

Mike Jorgensen attended Brigham Young University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
