Ratiba Mikou

Ratiba Mikou is a Senior Reserving Actuary at Assurances du Crédit Mutuel, specializing in the calculation of technical reserves under French GAAP and compliance management. With prior experience as Head of Actuarial Studies at AXA, Ratiba managed actuarial studies, developed KPIs for claims monitoring, and reported on large-scale climatic event costs to management. Additionally, Ratiba contributed to the actuarial field through a thesis focused on cost estimation and machine learning methods. Earlier roles included positions at ENGIE as a Junior Data Scientist and at Sanofi as an intern in statistical studies.
