Ebony Stevenson possesses extensive experience in customer service and team management, currently serving as Unit Manager II at Assurant since August 2016, where responsibilities include leading and coordinating the workflow of Customer Care Specialists and conducting quality assurance for over 150 staff members. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Billing at Ricoh, Manager of Customer Care at Comcast, and a variety of positions in telecommunications and healthcare organizations. Ebony's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminology from Regis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Cybercrime from the University of Phoenix, alongside studies in Law and Society at the University of Denver.
