Kimberly Swackhammer serves as Vice President at Assuran since January 2003, overseeing the Insurance Compliance Operations team responsible for Product Development, Corporate and Individual Licensing, and Compliance Communications, with a focus on driving strategic goals for compliance. Kimberly has also held the title of Vice President - Regulatory Compliance, managing a team that provides guidance on licensing and appointments, ensures active licenses for agencies and agents, and handles communications with the Department of Insurance. Additionally, Kimberly was a Director of Regulatory Compliance System Support at Assurant Inc. from March 2013 to May 2018 and has experience as Vice President - Records and Information Management, demonstrating a strong background in regulatory compliance and operational management within the insurance sector.
