Madelene Souffront-Garcia

Madelene Souffront-Garcia is an accomplished marketing and customer experience executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Assurant since April 2007, Madelene has also held positions such as Assistant Vice President for Marketing Strategies and Director of Marketing within the same company. Prior to Assurant, Madelene was the Managing Director at ACD Systems of America, where responsibilities included comprehensive product marketing management and successful cross-functional initiatives. Previous experience includes key marketing positions at Bentley Systems and Infonautics. Madelene holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and The Wharton School.
