Marcelo Rodriguez

Marcelo Rodriguez is an experienced security and safety leader currently serving as Vice President, Global Head of Security and Safety at Assurant since May 2019. With a robust background in security management, Marcelo previously held multiple senior positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, including Vice President - Chief Security Officer and Vice President - Global Investigative and Forensic Services, from July 2005 to May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Detective and Police Officer at Beverly Hills Police Department from August 1990 to July 2005, specializing in robbery-homicide and financial crimes. Marcelo is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and holds a certificate in Avionics and Aeronautical Sciences from Northrop University.
