Lee Searle FCIPD MCIPP

Lee Searle FCIPD MCIPP has been in the Human Resources field since 2001. Lee began their career at PRS, Inc. as the Head of EMEA HR Business Partnering. In 2017, they moved to Samaritan's Purse as the Director of Human Resources and Safeguarding. In 2020, they became the EMEA Head of Human Resources at Blackhawk Network Europe. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Assure Hedge.

Lee Searle has an extensive education background. In 2020, they completed the FCIPD qualification from CIPD Qualifications, and holds a MCIPD, MCIPP, and Level 6 Safeguarding from CIPD Qualifications, The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), and Gateway Education, respectively. Lee also holds an Msc in Human Resources from The Open University.
